Remote Support
Warp Systems is able to resolve approximately 85% of problems remotely. Remote access software allows us to control both server and workstation as though we are on-site and thereby respond to and resolve problems within a very short period.
Telephone / Email Support
Each support package comprises a number of telephone, email and remote support per month, tailored to suit your requirements.
On-Site Technical Support
In the event that we are unable to solve a problem remotely, we will send an engineer who will promptly resolve any issues on-site. Once again, the number of on-site hours provided per month is tailored to suit your requirements.
Response Time
We endeavour to respond to all support calls in a timely fashion and many are resolved within minutes. Under each support contact, we specify a Service Level Agreement that will provide you with the relevant level of support.
Regular Maintenance Visits
To proactively maintain your network, Warp Systems will provide on-site visits per month to ensure that your network software is up-to-date with the latest service releases from the manufacturers. This is in addition to the above methods of support
Microsoft Certified Technical Support
We can provide you with access to specialised Technical Support via our own Microsoft trained engineers and through our partnership with Microsoft.
Anti Virus Alerts
We will notify you of potential virus threats and hoaxes that may affect your network and provide removal tools in the event that your systems become infected.
